Dec, 2016
On December 19th 2016 The hemlock Sports Boosters received notification from the Saginaw Community Foundation that they approved their grant request in the amount of $15,000. This Donation from the Saginaw Community Foundation will assist Hemlock Schools with a needed electrical upgrade to their soccer complex, install lighting to the field, and improve the access to the facility for spectators. It will also pave the way for an expanded recreational league and open the doors for tournament hosting that were previously closed. The Hemlock community is grateful for the assistance the SCF has provided.
The Lighting committee has now completed Phase I of the three phase project and has raised more than 35% of the funds necessary to complete all three phases. Please join us in thanking the Saginaw Community Foundation for their generous donation!
